Terms and Conditions

  • Amcos paints Amcash token scheme conducted by Amcos Xl Paints (India) Private Limited is open for all the painters (“Painters”) who are Indian nationals above 18 years of age and buy Amcos Paints products covered under this scheme from Amcos Xl Paints (India) Private Limited Dealers (“Dealers”).
  • The Scheme is valid through Retailers having their stores Pan India.
  • Painter can redeem the token value by yourself by scanning the QR code using Amcos Scanner App or at Retailer’s store subjected to retailer’s willingness and Amcos Paints has no role to play in the transaction between the painter and the retailer. Painter token is mostly applicable on bulk packs i.e. 10 litre and 20 litre packs of the products, applicable as per time to time.
  • This token is non-transferable and Painter can’t assign/transfer same.
  • Only Amcos Xl Paints (India) Private Limited will be entitled to extend this scheme to painters.
  • Amcos Paints reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, tokens and all aspects thereof (including the terms and conditions), with or without prior notice.
  • Unless Painter has already informed not to send marketing communication, he/she may receive marketing communications from Amcos Paints as a result of participating in availing the benefit of token. Availing the token reward shall be deemed as automatic route consent for subscription to the promotion SMS and whatsapp messages from Amcos Paints  
  • All entries to the token scheme become the property of Amcos Paints and Amcos Paints may use the Painter’s names, addresses, numbers, photographs and other willingly provided information for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • Decision of Amcos Paints on all aspects of the token scheme shall be final and binding.
  • Availing the token reward implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions as mentioned above.
  • This tokens shall be subject to the prevailing statutory laws of India (including applicable tax laws). Any dispute arising out of this promotion shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam.
  • Products are also available without the token scheme.
